an alaskan mill in 4 hours

coarse we milled it in 3 and 4 in. slabs the full width(3ft.) of the tree so it did not take as long as sq. it up and milling 1 or 2in bds. etc.

one of the trunks had a surfboard rocker in the trunk so on that one we milled using the trunk as the guide for the rollers and we mill balsa wood blanks(with rocker) the full width of the tree!!!!!!

this is for sht. boards fishes etc.

for long bds the center of the plank always splits down the middle--if it does not slit the i saw it down the middle either way when it comes apart it bends cuz of all the built up pressures in the truck --- resulting in long bd. rocker
