If you have started your stuck engine in the past the cam shouldn't be an issue, even if you haven't, it shouldn't be an issue. If you can't turn the engine right or left, you have stuck rings to cylinder. Mystery oil probably won't make it past the first compression ring. Take off the lower clutch cover and use a pry bar against the bell housing to turn the ring gear.
