The answer is yes but if it's an early non intercooled first gen...it's not worth it & very expensive for many reasons. Basically you'd need to replace the head with a 91.5 or newer head & then you definitely need an intercooler for that kind of power. The VE pump is capable of that kind of fuel for relatively inexpensive. Then you'd need a much bigger turbo & preferably a compound turbo otherwise it will make lots of black smoke. That's the start...then if it has a Getrag transmission...forget it. If it has an auto...you'll need a high quality rebuild...bank on $5k for that alone.
It's an expensive hobby...but fun & yes, you can reliably make way more power than that but as stated...it'll cost lots of money & it's not just a matter of more fuel. The fuel is the cheap part.
