That one is about 45 min from me. Looks like it has a lot of rust going on. The side seam area looks perforated along with the passenger door and body and fender lower edges. The hood hinge is broken. It does look complete but most likely has been sitting for a long time. The license is an old 1963 Washington plate with what looks like an early 70's tab.
Western Washington is not kind to vehicles left out. It rains a lot and stays damp and things rust badly. I looked at one very similar to this one about 20 miles from this one years ago that had been sitting for years in the rain and I could put my fingers through the metal. This is not that truck.
