Sounds like you're well prepared in the fire fighting end! I just have everything disced that I can, and have removed most of the fire fuel under my oaks removed, and have thinned the oaks so there is no constant path on the tree canopy.
Although after seeing the "fire tornado" someone posted on YouTube showing a ridge going up on the Wall fire (sorry, can't post but you can look up on YouTube, it's a time lapse) I don't even think that will work. Back to the drawing board this fall...
