Jim your questions are great but i have no idea what your asking. This will be a mold that I'm building because I want a certain size and shape I want and can put it together in a rough form in hours. But what should I use for materials? Thinking of radius cut ribs 6' wide with a 4" deep radius cut. Then attach 3/8" finsh plywood. Then sand and brush coat resin
