never seen a stock truck with 16 in dayton hubs
maybe they are the 15 in dayton style 15 in hubs for low boy trailers with air brakes on 2.5 ton or truck axles
the spring set up looks like the 2.5 ton trucks and buses---could be something someone made for buses somewhere --definitely a curiosity for me
