Matt has gotten you in the ballpark but it is really impossible to narrow down further without knowing more detailed information.
First of all, what was the effective loaded tire radius? Keep in mind that not all 9.00x16 tires are created equal - even when new and not factoring in tread wear. I have owned five different brands of NDT tires. They varied greatly in OD and width between brands. For instance, the one Goodyear I owned was approximately 2-inches greater in diameter than the Mohawks I had. Also, how accurate was your speedometer to begin with? You may never know. But here are some published formulas where you can plug in known variables.
