So we installed a new Engine in a 84 Caddy. The factory timing spec is 10 degrees after top dead. I wasn't satisfied about that setting. Its a real pain to get to that distributor once shes in. Very tight. So i started to adjust her and drive her after each adjustment. Got her to 18 degrees WOW what a difference. Shes Runs great. It pays to spend a little extra time to find out. But my hands are all scrapped up.
