I guess you know the title has to be notarized with his signature BEFORE you leave. I bought trucks in other states and local notaries refused to do it. ended up going to Minn. DMV where they refused until they called Ohio DMV to confirm they required it.
You are smart to make sure your ducks are in a row as you are at the mercy of who you get. Some are clueless and some are on a power trip. I've found the Rural DMV's are a LOT nicer to deal with.
