Decided to install this carb on the IND-7 in place of the ET71 carb to see the difference. I ran carb cleaner through it, and blew out all the passages and jets I could find. Checked the pump stroke, the float level and replaced the pump plunger and used all new gaskets. The motor will only run with the choke pulled about 1/2 way out. The second I pull the choke in, the motor dies out like it's not getting any fuel. Any ideas as to what I could check to solve this problem. Runs great with1/2 choke. No choke, no run. LOL. Thanks in advance.
