I think using Ray's bracket and Milo's pump bracket would make a good combination. I'm curious if the bolt pattern on the Swedish Saginaws matches the domestic ones? If not, the pump bracket could be drilled for both.
If someone was squeamish about using the head bolts to mount the bracket, they could either use longer studs, or find the head bolts that have threads tapped into the heads.
I could probably scare up a Saginaw pump body here and get a general layout going.
