Tried making a custom bit to my air hammer. Didn't work. So I did what was suggested earlier and just pulled the wheel bearing keeper and slipped the entire thing off.
It wasn't my plan, but it got the job done and I was able to sawp out the brake cylinder. Interesting about that. I wanted to check what side was bigger to make sure I had the correct one, so I slipped off the dust cover and found.. A rock in there! About a 3/16" diameter pebble sitting under the dust cap from the factory!
