Siezed brake drum

This week I'm heading to Tennessee to pick up a 1964 WM300 I bought on eBay. The current owner said " right rear brake drum is seized ". I asked if it was an adjustment issue and he said no.
I have a car hauler with a winch and expect to drag it onto the hauler and dig into it when I get it home.
Other than drowning the brake in a penetrating solution: does anybody have any suggestions to try to get it to roll onto the trailer easier?
