With the transfer case in "neutral" position or in the middle position between 2WD and 4WD you can turn the driveshafts so the yokes line up with each other, kind of a mirror image, for example both at 12 and 6. If one is at 12 and 6 and the other is at 3 and 9 there can be a vibration that results from the unbalance in the transfer case. But it might not make any difference on some where others will feel a smoother ride. This might be a solution to some problems people are blaming on tires, wheels or it being a PW.
