The bolt pattern is the same, but my half ton WC has the same offset as my late model dually. One look at the half ton and you can see that it quickly adapts to duals in the back. The studs and lugs are "special" allowing you to use the two socket sizes on a GI lug wrench. If you put your half ton wheels on a regular 3/4 or M37 or civilian you might get a roller to move it around, but you would not be driving it with my half ton wheels.
