I think the reference to 1156 is misleading. As I recall the 1100 series bulbs are the big tail/turn/parking light bulbs. I haven't ordered the sockets yet, but in anticipation, I bought some led bulbs BA9S on ebay . They were 10/$4.99 and they fit in the one old socket I have. The socket in the link appears to be proportionate to my old one.. That mentioned I'm converting my WDX to 12V NEG ground.
If you click the continue shopping tab on the link it gives the Dorman number for the socket. You might check to see if you can find one locally and take an old bulb to see if it fits or at least recommend a cross reference.
