there is a new article on combat wheels but for sure read Paul Cooks article NDT tires
you will find a section that has all the original military pages on combat wheels
and how the run flat ring works and is installed
no need to reinstall as almost all tires have narrow beads and tbey will not work with the bead lock
the best value in tires was the 255/100r16 yellow sea michelin clone as it came as an assembly tire, tube, and flap
if you are able to locate any michelins make sure they are marked 255/100r16 and not
9.00r16 because the 9.00s would be very old in tire life
