It's incredible...some rust through in the cab corners, cab rear bottom and the A-pillar floor area. Header looks solid thus far. There are dents in the roof but they're large and soft. Doesn't have a ton of small dents to manage.
Front clip looks to be in amazing shape. Fenders are not great. There is some rust-through on the running boards and the supports are mostly gone.
I'm most worried about the frame delamination and the chunks welded to it for a snowplow mount. If it were any other truck, it would just be swapped out. I need to evaluate repair options. It also needs new front extensions and bumper ends.
