with D pulled out that is defrost. In is floor heat.
H is temp comtrol. out heat is warmer. Pushed in is colder.
B as they said is heater fan switch
they are usually just a 2 speed. first notch out is low and all the way out is on high.
V is for Vent. there should be 2 of those.
W is the Wiper switch. They are either single speed or variable speed.
C is Choke
L is Lights
Sometimes there is the optional T for hand throttle
