Have to vote with Chris on this one. I don't have a lot of experience on these engines (have owned two) but I know a harmonic balancer for an externally balanced engine when I see one. In my experience they are manufactured such that they can only be clocked one way. Not saying this one can't be different, just offering my experience. Another thing I know we can all count on when working on these old trucks is: Dodge... different!
