Depending on how permanent you want it and how much you are willing to spend, some suggestions are:
A Sign or boat painter(many guys are still hand lettering boats)
Do it hand painted with the distressed look, like the ones you showed in the picture.
Auto wrap on the door only, they can duplicate the arrowhead logo and add lettering in any type style you want, they could do a clear for the door and only print on the desired logo and lettering.
Sounds like a excellent idea, anyway you go...Ray
