I was able to pull the cover of the park switch and everything was fine there. Verified that it was wired correctly, it was. Then looked where I should have started. I posted a couple of months ago about an NOS Jiffy Jet kit I had bought. It has a feature which I had never seen before which is a switch on the foot pump that turns the wipers on when you push the pump. I assembled it the same way it came out of the box, which was wrong, and made constant contact and kept the wiper motor running. With it reassembled correctly, everything works as it should!
