take the carburetor and pcv fittings off the manifold run a 3/8" drill through into the manifold you will probably fing quite a carbon build up clogging the pvc inlet into the carb i had the same thing happen suddenly on my 52 pw years ago. clean out the carbon deposts and she will run like a clock.
