Pretty straight forward. Remove old felt and the zig-zag spring underneath it in the channel. Clean everything really well.
Soak the new felt in oil. With the retainer off of the knuckle, stack the felt on the spring and feed them together into the channel. When done, pry the retainer ends apart enough to clear the thin end of the axle housing.
Remember that you adjust the trunion cap bearings before installing the seal and retainer by rotating the assembly with a torque wrench on one of the trunion cap bolts. 25-27 ft. lbs.
