i painted the vehicle part by part throughout the restoration project. i used the best of materials because I only wanted to do it once. PPG products for priming and sealing and then I used tm-9 paint for the final paint. 35.00 paint is 35.00 paint. the goal for the restoration was to do it right and not geared toward saving money or having to do it again when the cheap paint chalks out. i'm giving the truck to my kids eventually. whatever the paint job cost spread out over my ownership is peanuts.....
