i feel your pain. i visited several guys before i chose one to the final paint on my command car. the shop i chose expressed interest in doing a military vehicle. they impressed me first day when they called up asking if they could disassemble some of the body to do a better job. they ended up pulling painting and reinstalling a lot of parts. i was able to install some of the small parts after they were done in their shop. it was a great end to a long project. what did i pay? the agreed price which was fair. I've long forgotten what that amount was, but i've not been disappointed in the work.
