It's possible they were on a GM truck, they'd fit, but they didn't start life there. GM 19.5 x 5.25" are K-H and have hub cap clips (or at least holes for clips). Budds have the innie hub cap nubs. I'll double check my books but don't recall IHCs using them. There were later 19.5s having no provision for hub caps too. No numbers anywhere. Apparently were special production for UPS. There were also much later (1980s) 19.5" x 6" and 6.75" listed for GM. Stu
