Windshield Regulator Tape

My regulator is in good shape but I need the stainless tape, or ribbon (dont know correct name). Any idea where I can purchase one without having to send the who unit in for rebuild? I have an extra regulator (in good used condition) I could possibly trade if someone needs one.

Also looking for a heater switch with black knob and white letters.
