You might try a little "Easy Off Oven and Grill Cleaner" from Smart and Final. It takes off paint off of anything else I get it on, why not rubber? One caution. Dont get it on Aluminum, flush it with water after a few minutes, wear gloves and have plenty of ventilation.
The hardware store is sure to have some liquid paint stripper that would work as well.
