318 tuned up, now has less power........?

i have a '75 WiNneBEgo BrAVe on a w200 chassie with a 318/727/D60 with 4.88's.
i change the airfilter, sparkplugs (gap .030), wires, cap/rotor, and repaced leaking exhaust manifold gasket. it seems to have lost some of it higher RPM power, any thoughts?
