The 361 will have a "hi-rise" intake, there is a lifter valley cover visible underneath it. The heads are fed directly by the water pump, which is big in appearance. A 413 will have a block ID stamp pad opposite the distributor, the 361 does not. Very durable engine, but it is a gas guzzler.

The MU-2A was the standard winch, with PTO running from the transmission, not the t-case like a W100-300. From the rated perspective, why put an 8K LU-2 winch on a truck that weighs 8K empty. It may work fine, but I would find the stronger MU-2A.

Not sure about getting the leather boots for the hubs.

Air brakes could probably have been ordered,
check for a CERT sticker and associated numbers indicating so.

The 435 trans is synchronized 2 thru 4th, a bit easier to operate than the NP420.

Check the VIN# for actual year model. I assume it is a former Govt Truck with the extra DATA tag?
