I have a W-500 that I just bought. I was told the motor is a 361. It is the big block, not a poly motor. How do I tell and were these good motors. The truck has not run for ten years, It was supposed to when it was parked.
I have an LU-2 winch to put on it, was that standard and where was the pto run from.
This truck has hubs and powersteering. Were air brakes standard or an option.
There are leather type boots around the front drums, can they be purchased somewhere or do I have to get them made.
The transmission is a NP435 D4, does anyone have info on this transmission,good or bad, gear ratio's?
The door tags indicate the truck is a 1968 with a build date of 6-68. The truck has the 66-67 headlights. I thought they changed grille designs in 68. Did Dodge just use left over parts?
