It can be located on two different places on the distributor. 180 degrees from each other. That's fine as long as the order is 153624. Clock wise rotation. Locate true number one buy taking the small plug out from over number six cylinder and checking the timing mark on the lower pulley. Number six needs to be top dead cylinder. Only necessary if your fussy.
