Factory Dual Carb Question

I've located a complete dual carb set-up from a 265 engine. It comes complete with all of the linkage etc. I would likely want to install on a 251 yet to be purchased, so with adjustments/changing jetting alone, would the carbs be appropriate on the smaller engine? Were the factory carbs the desirable Ball and Ball type? As you can see, the dual exhaust is not salvageable. Short of finding someone with factory headers, would it be pointless to install this set-up without having a method of heat transfer into the intake manifold? Seller is asking $350 Cdn Pesos
