I made a distributer for a 392 hemi by swapping parts from several late model distributers and a bit of machining. guy needed up with electronic ignition for the hemi using all OEM parts except for the housing.
What would work for your specific vehicle is out of my experience - some one here may know - my point is do not just focus on the stock starter - there very well may be a simple alternative.
