I have some fine ethanol products that are 3-8 years old that seem to have plenty of kick! Stored in a nice tight container made of wood.
I dont believe ethanol is the problem. Maybe the cheaper petro fuel they use with the ethanol but not ethanol. Not sure how true but think i once read when they started adding ethanol it actually cleans the fuel system and sone problems arose because gum that was built up over years broke loose.
