No idea on the compression - stock 1947 and 1951 230 - stock ET4 and E7F1 CARburTERs - timing set at Top Dead Center - 87 octane gasoline with 15% Ethanol - 9.00x16 NDT tires and 4.89:1 gearing - stock 6-volt ignition.

I am at about 750 feet above seal level. Summer temps here can reach just over 100 degrees at times with highs in the 90's for weeks at a time. Humidity can run in the high 90's. Land is hilly and I drive with the pedal to the floor and let the velocity governor control the speed. I keep up with 55mph traffic and can go faster depending upon barometric pressure on a given day. I am usually carrying a load of some sort and it is windy here so I can be heading into the wind about 25% of the time.

I have had no pinging. Plugs are tan colored.
