Thanks for all the info on tow hooks. Maybe we can learn more about tow hooks and if there are variations over the years. My hooks have 1/2 inch bolts in both holes. They are the DCPD stamped bolts. They both have 1195387 stamped on their left sides. They have DF2MS271 stamped on their right side. The base is not flat as the rear hole seems to have an edge on it. Both appear solid to me with no hollow area

I have more photos if anyone wants to see them.
