Sounds like you may be overwhelmed ?

Looking at more than a few trucks/cars in state of disassembly or unfinished will make you feel this way.

I was there once. Every day looked at two trucks both in restoration state. It was to me very stressful to contemplate what to work on, where to sink the next paycheck. It goes t get better once they are complete either. They must be maintained . Each must be registered snd insured to drive them all, do that adds expense.

In a nut shell having a fleet of vehicles, finished or unfinished, is a lot of stress.

My opinion (given what you wrote) seems to be clean up the property of all but one vehicle. Make a decision on one truck and keep it.

Sell the remainder. Including the cars. I know you have hopes your son will want that dart, but will he? Are you saving this car, taking up driveway space sndcaddingbto your visual misery, for the HOPE he will someday want it?

I can't tell u how many older guys I have run into "saving" a vehicle for their kids. Or how many tell me their kids will NEVER want this truck. It happens so maybe consider that it's possible he will never want it? If he expressed a desire otherwise by all means keep it. But if not, maybe that sale could find your moving forward on the PW you choose to keep?

Anyway my thoughts are eliminate the clutter of projects clogging up your world and focus on one. Maybe??
