On Friday I used their automated parts ordering system and the shipping for a small box of parts was $30. I called them close to closing and they said they were having a shipping charges glitch and they quoted me $12 for quick delivery or $7.50 for slower delivery. I chose the slower and they asked me to call them Sat morning and give my credit card info. I did and the parts arrived today. I like that service.
