There are two plates in the door frame they are not fixed to the frame, although some can be so rusted or full of dirt they will not move. Basic idea is to loosen all the bolts and move the door upwards.
At times it may be necessary to shave a bit of meat off the top of the hinge hasp so it can go a bit higher.
