Jerry,
Pull the lamp out of the socket and with a Volt/Ohm/Meter locate the wire that gives you continuity to the base of the socket, that will be your ground. Then install your lamp back into the socket and attach the pigtails to a battery, the ground and for each other wire, see what wire produces the brighter light, and your high beam supply wire is located.
