You have what is commonly referred to as the "death" wobble. It's caused from knuckle bearings that are too lose and the only way to check the proper amount of pre-load pounds, is to take off the tie rod, the inside felt seal and test using a torque wrench. Correct pre-load is set at 28 feet pounds.
