How rare are factory rear PTO's?

I just picked up a truck for a reasonable price. When I arrived I noticed it has a completely intact factory rear PTO. I know there pretty rare but how rare?

Also it has dualmatic locking hubs on it. are these factory locking hubs? Are they rare?

Im not going to sell these items but curious what kind of money they bring?
