Hard to see, but if that's a Montana license plate with 8-xxxx number, that would be Fergus County. Since it's in a mountain setting, probably in the Judith Mountains where the ghost towns of Gilt Edge and Maiden are located. My old family ranch is about 150 miles from there. I also have a 1948 Power Wagon from Winnett, Montana, very close to that area. Thank you for posting some great pictures.
