It's an interesting concept. Looking at the space between the transmission and the frame rail on my 6x6 I don't think it would fit very well. The booster would either hit the transmission (or the PTO), or the clutch master would be buried inside the frame rail.

But if you could make it fit, you could get more power out of the brakes by using a 7" double diaphragm booster, or an 8" double diaphragm (if it would fit on the bracket). The 8" doubles have as much power as a standard 11" booster.
