I feel great. I spent several hours plowing today stacking snow up to 9 ft high out back. Haven't had any pain worth a aspirin yet today. Food is doing what it should with out the Creon and no gas or bloat. Going back several years looking into when it all started it was when the VA gave me tons of Hydrocodone to take for pain. Before that I was fine except my neck and back problems and kidney stones. It looks like I ended up getting Drug Induced Chronic Pancreatitis. Stopping the drugs has made a big change but it won't correct the damage done already. I will still have to live with a fat free diet pretty much but my pancreas is still putting out ensigns just not enough to pig out anymore!! I will have to treat it with a kid glove from now on. But I am off all the meds they gave me and fell great and still can eat. I could not do that before taking them.
