it may just be easier to suck it up and buy a set of ray's rings and caliper brackets. get your hubs modded in CR. i cant imagine that your going to find a cheaper and better alternative to what has been done already. trade a guy on the page one of your surfboards or a stay at your hostel. i've done 4 axles with rays kits. i've shown them to heavy duty truck engineers. they see the value in the kit and they all remark how dead simple and well planned the kit is. i added a dual master on my command car. ive eliminated brakes from the equation on my old iron. do it right and move on to steering, etc, which I DO believe can be improved upon what is offered in kit form....
