The 1/8 pipe fitting on the right side is the return line, the 1/4" pipe on the left is the pickup. The pickup has a filter sock on the end, right on the bottom of the tank. The return side does not go to the very bottom.
But hmmm, in the cold, diesel- reverse vapor lock? Sealed cap, fule doesn't vaporize at all, sucktion in tank, poor flow?
